He Zhongzheng

Associate Chief Physician, working in the Department of Neurosurgery at Tianjin Huanhu Hospital. He is a master’s supervisor at Tianjin University and a medical expert in the Chinese medical teams sent to Africa and Tibet. He specializes in improving central paralysis through peripheral nerve surgery, and his innovative work in this area has been widely recognized by colleagues both domestically and internationally.

Born in 1985 in Zaoyao Village, Hedi Township, Suide County, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province.

In 2004, graduated from Suide High School and was admitted to the Third Clinical Medical College of Jilin University.

In 2009, completed an internship at the China-Japan Friendship Hospital of Jilin University and obtained a bachelor's degree. That same year, was admitted to Tianjin Medical University.

In 2012, graduated from Tianjin Medical University with a master's degree, under the supervision of Professor Yue Shuyuan of Tianjin Medical University General Hospital.

Currently pursuing a doctoral degree at Tianjin Medical University, under the supervision of Professor Tong Xiaoguang.

From 2012, worked in the Department of Neurosurgery at Xi'an Central Hospital for 11 years. During this period, worked at the Ali Regional People's Hospital in Tibet for six months, and participated in aid work in the Republic of Sudan for one year in 2021, during which time learned some Arabic and improved English proficiency to a level of fluent daily communication.

In March 2024, resigned from Xi'an Central Hospital and joined Tianjin Huanhu Hospital, entering a larger platform to further explore surgical treatment for post-stroke hemiplegia. Currently serves as the head of the Hemiplegia Rehabilitation Professional Group at Huanhu Hospital.
